We've teamed up with Chico Live Improv Comedy to create the most unique Summer Camp experience for kids, at the best value for parents that you'll find anywhere in town!  (The cost breaks down to $10/hour for the Wild Things Camp, and $5/hour for the Comedy Boot Camp!)

There is a minimum of 10 students per class, so we encourage early registration! (There is a 4% service charge to register online)

WILD THINGS-  Director Lisa Schmidt brings over 20 years of experience instructing youth improv and theater.  Her goal is to have all the children learn while having a blast singing songs, doing improv games, and all being involved (and visible) in the final performance!

COMEDY BOOT CAMP-  Directors Chris Murphy and Justin Bryant have over 35 years of combined real-world experience in improv comedy, stand-up performance, voice over for video games, and sketch comedy.  They have distilled all of their knowledge into a two week intensive where students will learn how to put write, produce, and perform their very own sketch comedy/variety show!
NOTE:  We understand that there may be some concern with the wide range of ages for the Boot Camp.  Not to worry, as most of the time the students will be split up into two groups-  Students ages 8 to 12 will be in one group, and students 13 to 18 will be in the other.  There will be some group instruction during the beginning section on Narrative, but for the improv, sketch writing, and stand-up sections, as well as the performances, they will remain in their respective age groups.

THE OTHER ROOM STUDIOS-  Located at 561 E. Lindo Ave (adjacent to Studio 561), The Other Room has been the unofficial home of the CLIC during our first season.  It's a comfortable, clean, air-conditioned space with audio and video production capabilities.  It's been a great space to teach our classes and perform our shows!
